From the figures to the decisions.
Management accounts in three levels, monthly or quarterly. Each one builds on the last.

£3.6k owed for over 90 days
Out of £19.8k owed to you. One customer holds most of it.
Short jobs earned twice as much
£9.4k a week on jobs under six weeks, against £4.7k on longer ones.
Sales 22% below August last year
£41.2k against £52.8k. The accounting data does not show the reason.
Set aside cash for the VAT
£16.4k is collected by direct debit on 7 December.

Questions
Short answers here. Longer ones on a call.
Which level is right for me?
Echo Report if you want the figures on time. Echo Insight if you want to know why they moved. Echo Insight Plus if you want a forecast, a tax strategy and a review that ends in a plan.
Monthly or quarterly?
Either, at every level. Quarterly packs follow your VAT quarters, or your year end if you are not VAT registered.
Do I need a budget already?
No. If you do not have one, we set a simple budget with you at your first review.
Do I need to use Xero?
Yes. Every pack is built from your Xero figures. If you use something else, we can talk through moving across on the call.
Can I move up a level later?
Yes. All three levels run on the same system, so moving up adds pages to the pack you already receive.
